Our experienced professional floral consultants are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet your floral gift needs.
A Service fee of $13.95 will be added to each order, for each address. All orders must have recipient’s phone number for guaranteed delivery. Recipients in secure or restricted areas will be contacted to make arrangements for delivery of your order.
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Every attempt will be made to accommodate specific delivery times, however, they can not be guaranteed. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses require the recipient’s phone number.
Delivery to all cemeteries located on and off base as well a national cemeteries are welcomed. Arlington National Cemetery orders are delivered from our local Washington DC operation serving Fort Myer, Virginia.
Please select delivery days for all days except Sunday. In specific locations with Sunday operating hours, you may visit our store for your selection.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call us directly at 800-932-2772. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
